Born at Garvoc Victoria, CoE. Enlisted 1 December 1915 at Blackboy Hill WA age 45, miner. Nok his brother, Thomas Booth of Glenormiston Victoria. Embarked at Sydney 20 February 1916 per A38 Ulysses. Wounded in France 31 March 1917. RTA in August 1917 and admitted to Fremantle Military Hospital. Service medals: BWM and VM. Cottesloe and district Honour Rolls.
