Born at Cottesloe, Presbyterian. Enlisted at Fremantle 16th of March 1916 age 18, stevedore. Nok parents, Rose and H.J.G Edwards of Keane St, Cottesloe. Embarked at Fremantle 7 August 1916 A28 Miltiades. Served in France and killed in action on 2 March, 1917. Buried at Warlencourt British Cemetery, France, Plot 6, Row H Grave 28.
