Embarked at Fremantle 24 November 1915 per A13 Katuna. Killed in action in France 18 July 1916. Unknown grave, memorialized at V.C Corner Australian Cemetery and Memorial, Fromelles. Service medals: 1914-1915 Star, BWM and VM.
