Nok father, George Mapstone of West Guildford and then Bert St, Cottesloe. Embarked at Melbourne 20 October 1916 per A30 Borda and in France 1917. RTA April 1918 and discharged 25 July 1918. No reason given for early discharge. In 1924 Mapstone was at Thompson Rd. North Fremantle. Service medals: BWM and VM.
