Born at Wagga Wagga, NSW. CoE. Enlisted 28 October 1915 age 45, labourer. Nok wife, Ann Page, Dining Rooms, Perth-Fremantle Road, Cottesloe. Embarked at Fremantle 12 February 1916 per A28 Miltiades. Served in Egypt and France. RTA 29 May 1917 per A37 Barambah, reasons he was over age and suffering debility. Discharged 21 June 1917. Service medals BWM and VM. Note Robert John’s wife is not Robert Leslie Page’s mother.
