Born at Fremantle, WA, RC. Enlisted 15 February 1918 age 21, clerk. Nok mother, Harriet Agnes Stokes, East Rockingham. Sent to NSW for training. Embarked at Sydney 5 June 1918 per SS Orontes. Served in England and RTA per Morvada in January 1919 suffering from the influenza epidemic sweeping the world. Later residing at 22 Servetus St, Swanbourne. Service medals possibly: BWM.
