Embarked at Fremantle 29 December 1916 per A34 Persic. Proceeded to France 30 July 1917. Sick with diarrhoea and admitted to hospital in Belgium 3 January 1918. Sick with influenza and admitted to a hospital at Dartford, England 10 February 1919. RTA per A37 Barambah to Fremantle 17 October 1919. Discharged 25 November 1919. Service medals: BMW and VM.
