Born at Fremantle, CoE. Enlisted 18 June 1916, age 21, labourer. Nok father, Walter Brown, 94 Glyde St, East Fremantle Embarked at Melbourne 4 July 1916 per A35 Berrima. He was injured on 22 July 1917 and RTA Fremantle 12 November 1917. Residing at 28 Burt St, Cottesloe in February 1920 and in 1946. Service medals: BWM and VM.
