Nok (father dead) mother, Rebecca Carmichael 232 Walcott St, Mount Lawley. Embarked at Albany 23 July 1917 per A16 Port Melbourne. Served in France 1917. RTA per HT Main July 1919. Service medals: 1914-1915 Star, BWM and VM. Service medals: BWM and VM. Note: this is the only H. Carmichael enlisting in WA.
