The only Chambers J.H. on the Australian War Memorial Honour Roll. Wounded in action and died 18 September 1918 at the age of 28. His family links were at Bendigo Victoria. Buried at The Doingt Communal Cemetery extension, Doingt, Peronne, Picardie. Service medals: BWM and VM.
