Born at Braughing, Hertfordshire England, CoE. Enlisted 30 June 1915 age 22, horse driver. Nok father, John Blythe Clark of Wellington St, and later at Hope St, Cottesloe Beach. Embarked at Fremantle 2 September 1915 per A68 Anchises. Wounded in France 4-6 August 1916. RTA in October 1919 with a wife and 7 month old child. Service medals: 1914-1915 Star, BWM and VM.
