Embarked at Melbourne on 22 December 1914 per A40 Ceramic. Twice wounded at Gallipoli, 29 May 1915 and 8 August 1915. RTA June 1916 and appointment terminated 1 May 1917. Service medals:1914-1915 Star, BWM and VM. Died in 1947 at Hollywood Hospital Nedlands. Cottesloe and district Honour Rolls.
