Embarked at Fremantle 6 June 1916 per A29 Suevic. Served in France 1916. Gunshot wound to the chest and lung in France on 14 March 1917. RTA July 1917. Later residing at 135 Forrest St, Cottesloe. Service medals: BWM and VM.
