Born at Coleraine Victoria, CoE. Enlisted 17 August 1914 age 20, cabinet maker. Nok, Wilfred W. Fletcher, 62 Charles St, North Perth. Embarked at Brisbane 3 October 1914 per A7 Medic. In France he suffered a slight wound on 11 June 1916 and another on 15 September 1917. RTA per Leicestershire in December 1918. In later years he resided at Eric St, Cottesloe. Service medals: 1914-1915 Star, BWM and VM.
