Born at Melbourne CoE. Enlisted 1 August 1916 age 22, assistant surveyor. Nok parents, Alexander Parker Fyfe and Marion Fyfe of Congdon St, Cottesloe also at Saruna, Fremantle Rd, Cottesloe and later at Albert St, Claremont. Embarked at Albany 8 May 1918 per SS Port Darwin. Wallace served in France. RTA July 1919. Service medals: BWM and VM.
