Born at Box Hill, Victoria, Methodist. Enlisted 2 August 1915 age 23, telegrapher. Nok father, Cuthbert Heslop Gibson, Palmerston St, Cottesloe Beach. Embarked at Australia 10 November 1915. Served in France. RTA 23 August 1919 per City of Poona. Service medals: 1914-1915 Star, BWM and VM.
