Nok father, Tom Jefferson, Blackboy Hill Camp, WA and mother, Elizabeth Jefferson, Orlando St, Cottesloe Beach. Embarked at Albany 23 July 1917 per Port Melbourne. Wounded in France on 4 July 1918. RTA 18 July 1919 per Takada. Service medals: BWM and VM.
