Born Middlesex England, CoE. Enlisted at Perth 26 July 1915 age 21, clerk. Nok mother, Fanny Keals Wharf St, Queens Park. WA. Embarked at Fremantle 1 October 1915 per A20 Hororata. Served in the Middle East, England and in France where he was wounded on 18 June 1916. RTA June 1919 and discharged 15 August 1919. Service medals: 1914-1915 Star, BWM and VM. Digory Keals was a member of the 1932-33 Cottesloe RSL Cricket team. In 1960 Mrs Keals was residing at Davies Rd, Nedlands.
