Born in Carlton Victoria, RC. Enlisted 29 October 1915 age 22, carpenter. Nok father, Denis Kennedy 11 Jesse St, Northcote Victoria. Embarked at Sydney 11 December 1915 per RMS Mooltan. Departed Australia in February 1916. Wounded in action in France 12 October 1917. RTA July 1919. Service medals: 1914-1915 Star, BWM and VM. In later years Kennedy resided at Princess St, Cottesloe.
