Born at Echuca Victoria. Enlisted on 20 May 1918 claiming he was born on 19 November 1899 thus making him 19 that year. Nok father, William Henry Charles Miller, Railway St, Cottesloe. On 25 June 1918 Otto was discharged as being under age. No overseas service.
