Born at Echuca, Victoria, CoE. Enlisted 22 October 1914, age 29 miners. Nok mother, M. Robinson, Gloster St, Subiaco, formerly of Kanowna, WA. Embarked at Fremantle 8 February 1915 per A47 Mashobra and killed in action at Walkers Ridge, Gallipoli on 7 August 1915. Buried in Ari Burnu Cemetery. Plot 1, Row F 43.
