Born in Victoria, CoE. Enlisted 10 May 1915 age 30, farmer. Nok mother, Emily Robinson, Cottesloe. Embarked at Fremantle 2 September 1915 per A68 Anchises. Served in the Middle East and wounded in the thigh on 22 April 1917 in Palestine. RTA July 1919. Died at the No 8 Army General Hospital at Fremantle 12 May 1921. Buried at Karrakatta Cemetery Anglican Section. KA84. Service medals: 1914-1915 Star, BWM and VM.
