Born at Cottesloe, SDA. Enlisted 12 August 1918 age 19, motor mechanic. Nok father, Augustus Strutton, Paynes St, Wellard South Australia. Embarked at Adelaide per A36 Boonah but recalled at Durban, South Africa due to Armistice. BWM only. Cottesloe and district Honour Rolls.
