Born at Echunga, Sth Aust. CoE. Enlisted 24(or 26) October 1916 age 30, miner. Nok wife, Anna Tooth of Ravensthorpe, later William St, Perth. Embarked at Fremantle 29 December 1916 per A34 Persic. Wounded to the arm in France on 6 April 1918. RTA June 1919 per Somali. Service medals: BWM and VM. Cottesloe and district Honour Rolls. He is the only G Tooth found in the WW1 military records. Post Office Directories have a George Tooth in Boulder in 1920, 1925, 1930 and his death was registered in Boulder in 1936.
