Troode, Vivian Edward

Born at Albany, WA, CoE.   Enlisted 28 January 1916 age 22, commercial clerk.  Nok brother, Edward Troode of c/o HM Customs, Fremantle, WA.  Embarked at Fremantle 17 April 1916 per A60 Aeneas.  Served in England 1916-1917.  RTA for medical discharge May 1917 per A54 Runic. Service medals: BWM only.  The Mirror 15 June 1946, in a long article recorded him as a Westralian Farmers departmental manager. The Daily News 12 May 1947 names his ex wife as Maud Mary Troode. This is the only Troode found in the National WW1 AIF service records. St Lukes Honour Roll.
