Born at Ipswich Qld, CoE. Enlisted 17 January 1915 age 21, seaman and teamster. Nok sister in London. Embarked Fremantle 2 September 1915 per A68 Anchises. Wounded at the Dardanelles 6 August 1915 and killed in action in France 25 July 1916. Cottesloe and district Honour Rolls.
