Born at Perth, WA, CoE. Enlisted 7 January 1915 age 22, clerk. Nok (father deceased) mother, Mary Elizabeth Egerton-Warburton of Greenmount WA. Embarked at Fremantle 19 April 1915 per A8 Argyllshire. At Gallipoli on 15 August 1915, Peter was wounded by shrapnel from a high explosive shell and died four days later at the 19th General Hospital, Alexandria. Buried at Chatby Cemetery No 1367, Plot J Grave 67. Service medals: 1914-15 Star, BWM and VM. Cottesloe and district Honour Rolls.
